MP3Fiesta, well-known Russian MP3 downloading site offering very cheap and legal mp3 music downloads, is currently experiencing credit card processing issues. Apparently, you can't refill your balance at the service, but still can use its downloading features.There're some posts in various forums and boards that say it's a temp problem and it's being solved. Hope MP3Fiesta will continue on to provide cheap music.
Meanwhile, I'm using Soundike (which has no problems, knock-knock) to buy DRM-free cheap music and feel confident waiting for MP3Fiesta to resurect! You may want to read about other services to download mp3 at my Squidoo lense.
