i was going to sign up for websites such as soundlike but i found out this russian websites are not really legal, they dont pay royalties to artists or record labels, they just pay another company so they can keep running their website.
Most of them pay to organizations like ROMS and FAIR, these companies are responsible for paying royalties to artists and record labels.
That makes MP3 sites totally legal in Russia
